President of Preferred Property Management whose primary role is to direct, monitor and supervise all development and growth of the firm. Under his direct leadership, Preferred Property Management has built a reputation built on honesty, hard work, and results. Committed to the property management industry for the past 20 years, Gary holds the following certifications:

• Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), National Center for Housing Management.
• Board of Directors for the Nevada Apartment Association for the past 3 years.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), National Center for Housing Management.
• Member of the California Apartment Association.
• Member of the Affordable Housing Management Association
• Adept trainer approved by the Nevada Apartment Association as an instructor for Real Estate professionals in the area of property management and organizational leadership.

CLAUDINE LIVINGSTON

District Supervisor of Preferred Property Management, whose primary role is to direct, monitor and supervise the on-site management teams.                                                                     
Claudine Livingston has been in the Property Management and Real  Estate Division for over 18 years and has a passion for the business.

Claudine is an ARM and Real Estate Licensee. Claudine has extensive experience in operations from a property level with a specialty in Lease Up, New Construction and Marketing. She has the gift of vision and reaching goals are part of her daily agenda.

Claudine monitors the day-to-day activity of the properties to ensure that company standards are being met, hires and trains the on-site team, provides support, and troubleshoots properties that are not performing to PPM standards by assessing the situation and implementing a plan of action. 

Claudine possesses a dynamic marketing and sales knowledge that ensures consistent and profitable management of all assets.
